The Everest Base Camp trek follows the classic Khumbu route through Sherpa villages, suspension bridges, and rhododendron forests. Acclimatization days in Namche Bazaar and Dingboche are built into the itinerary to help your body adjust safely to higher altitude.

Itinerary
You'll be greeted at the airport and transferred to your Kathmandu hotel to settle in. Enjoy a relaxing evening to recover from your journey and prepare for the adventure ahead.
An early morning scenic flight brings you to the gateway of Everest region, Lukla. After meeting our porter crew, the trek officially begins descending towards Phakding through lovely Sherpa villages and pine forests.
Trekking along the banks of the Dudh Koshi River, crossing high suspension bridges, you will climb the steep uphill track into the historic Sherpa trading hub of Namche Bazaar.
Rest day for adjustment to higher elevation. Take a morning acclimatization hike up to the Everest View Hotel for your first panoramic glimpse of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam.
Continue through picturesque Rhododendron forests and arrive at the sacred Tengboche Monastery. Take in breathtaking views of Everest, Ama Dablam, and Lhotse while resting for the night.
Slowly ascend to Dingboche, crossing the Imja Khola and enjoying a gradual acclimatization day with sweeping views of Island Peak.
Hike to Nagarjun Hill for better acclimatization and enjoy close-up mountain views before returning to Dingboche for the night.
Continue higher into the Khumbu valley, staying in Lobuche with majestic views of Pumori and the Khumbu Glacier.
A long, rewarding day takes you to the world-famous Everest Base Camp, where you can soak in the iconic glacier landscape and return to Gorak Shep for the night.
Wake early for a saddle-up hike to Kala Patthar and return to Pheriche via Gorak Shep, enjoying stunning mountain panoramas.
Descend through the Khumbu valley, retracing your path back to the Sherpa mountain town of Namche and enjoying rich cultural scenery.
Retrace your descent to Lukla, enjoying a final mountain lodge evening before your departure from the high Khumbu region.
Enjoy a scenic flight from Lukla to Kathmandu and settle back into the capital city after your Himalayan adventure.
Explore UNESCO heritage sites in Kathmandu, including Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, and Patan Durbar Square.
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your departure flight, taking with you unforgettable memories of your Himalayan expedition.
